Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation can help your whole body look and feel better Naturally!

Acupuncture for face liftAcupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can be a natural, effective alternative to skincare. Acupuncture facial rejuvenation is a virtually painless technique that can improve the muscle tone of the face and neck while addressing underlying imbalances that may affect your skin's health.

You Can Improve The Appearance Of Your Skin

According to TCM, when your skin's appearance begins to change, the cause is believed to come internally from a constitutional imbalance and fundamental imbalance of Qi (pronounced “chee”). Qi circulates throughout the body through a series of pathways called meridians. Flowing through these meridian pathways, Qi provides nourishment, support, and energy to every cell, tissue, muscle, and organ in your body. Including the Skin!

Give Your Skin A Makeover!

A facial rejuvenation using acupuncture tightens pores, improves muscle tone and texture. Acupuncture can strengthen and stimulate Qi's circulation within the meridian pathways, especially those of the face. You will look and feel more vibrant, relaxed, and healthy.

Acupuncture treatments may be combined with herbal supplements, exercise and acupressure to maximise results.

Facial rejuvenation with acupuncture and TCM is virtually painless and a non-surgical, non-invasive method to reduce aging signs.

Self-Care Skin Tips For You To Try At Home:

1) Herbal poultice—Thoroughly clean face. Make a poultice using equal parts of ground organic almonds, lavender and rose flowers, ground flax seeds, and oats. Add water and French clay, and stir into a thick paste. Apply to the face, avoiding the eyes, and let dry. Wash off with a warm washcloth after 10-20 minutes.

2) Stay hydrated— drink plenty of fresh spring water. This can keep the muscles and skin hydrated to prevent dehydration. The rule of thumb is ½ your body weight in ounces should be consumed daily.

3) Gently massage the face in circular, upward strokes.

4) Try to meditate once a day. Sit quietly and place one hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly and remember to breathe deeply. Feel the expansion of your abdomen with each inhalation and observe your heart gently fall as you exhale.
